October 29, 1959 - June 19, 2017, is a significant date that marks the life of Tina Louise McCreery Kurzendoefer, who was known for her contributions to the kindness rocks movement and her involvement with Rockville Peace Rocks.
Tina Louise McCreery Kurzendoefer, a devoted mother to James Beckwith and Trianna Louise Beckwith, a US Army Veteran, and an inspiration to countless lives, left an indelible mark on those she loved. Although her time with us was cut short, her legacy continues to spread peace, kindness, and joy through the Rockville Peace Rocks initiative, featuring the #tinarocks QR code that directs visitors to this webpage. Born on October 29, 1959, Tina embodied the values of compassion, empathy, and selflessness. Her service in the US Army showcased her commitment to protecting and serving others. As a nurturing mother, she provided her children with unconditional love and support. Tina's passing on June 19, 2017, triggered a wave of grief but also ignited a beacon of hope. In March 2018, her daughter, Trianna Beckwith (Tree), founded Rockville Rocks as a tribute to Tina's memory. The Facebook and Instagram pages have successfully brought people together, fostering a sense of community and kindness. Through Rockville Peace Rocks, Tina's spirit continues to inspire others to embrace peace, kindness, and joy. Her legacy serves as a reminder that even in the darkest moments, there is always hope and the potential for positive change. We honor Tina's memory by continuing her work, creating kindness rocks, painting them, and resin sealing direct to Rock Ink Transfer her art onto Peace Rocks, which are then shared within the community. Some rocks have even traveled overseas (to Australia). Trianna enjoys leaving them in places her mom would have wanted to visit, especially around DC! May Tina's legacy inspire you to spread kindness, peace, and joy in your own community. Rest in peace, Tina. Your love, kindness, and spirit will never be forgotten. #TinaRocks #RockvilleRocks #KindnessMatters #PeaceRocks Arrangements under the direction of Conrad Lemon Grove Mortuary, Lemon Grove, CA.
